11. 利用規約の承諾
By accessing, browsing, or using the FollowTurk website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
22. 定義
本利用規約においては、以下の定義が適用されます。
- "Service" refers to the FollowTurk website and all related digital services.

33. アカウント登録およびセキュリティ
You must create an account to purchase products. You agree to provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Each individual may only maintain one account.
ユーザーが複数のアカウントを運用していることが判明した場合、関連するすべてのアカウントは事前通知なしに永久的かつ取り消し不能に閉鎖されます。異議申立、再有効化、新規アカウント登録は受け付けません。閉鎖されたアカウントの残高、保留中の注文、獲得した手数料はすべて没収されます。FollowTurkは、IPアドレス分析、デバイスフィンガープリント、ブラウザプロファイリング、支払い方法の関連付け、行動パターン分析など、複数アカウント使用を特定するための高度な検出方法を採用しています。
44. 製品・サービス
FollowTurk provides digital products delivered electronically:
- Gaming products including digital codes and in-game currency

Product availability and pricing may vary.
55. 支払い条件
All prices are in USD. We accept credit cards, cryptocurrency, and account balance.

FollowTurk offers an affiliate program for earning commissions.
FollowTurk may modify or terminate affiliate accounts at any time.
アフィリエイトプログラムを操作、悪用、または不正利用しようとする試み — 自己紹介手数料を生成するための複数アカウントの作成、紹介ボーナスを引き起こすための偽または使い捨てアカウントの使用、第三者と協力して手数料を人為的に膨らませること、その他のアフィリエイト詐欺の形態を含むがこれらに限定されない — は、以下に記載のペナルティが適用されます。
例：ユーザーがアフィリエイトシステムを操作して不正に50ドルの手数料を獲得した場合、ペナルティ合計は1,000ドル（20 × 50ドル）になります。このペナルティ構造は、悪用を抑止し、正当な参加者のためにアフィリエイトプログラムの完全性を保護するように設計されています。
FollowTurkは、取引パターン分析および行動プロファイリングを含む業界標準の不正検出システムを採用し、アフィリエイト活動を監視します。すべてのアフィリエイト取引はいつでも審査および監査の対象となります。
1111. 責任の制限
FOLLOWTURK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
FollowTurk is not responsible for third-party platform actions.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.
1212. 本人確認 (KYC)
FollowTurkは、特に疑わしいまたは異常なアカウント活動が検出された場合に、いつでもユーザーに本人確認 (Know Your Customer / KYC) を要求する権利を留保します。この確認は、不正を防止し、適用される法律および規制への遵守を確保し、プラットフォーム上のすべてのユーザーの安全を保護するために行われます。
KYC確認が要求されると、確認プロセスが完了するまでアカウントは一時的に停止されます。24時間以内に以下の書類を提出する必要があります：
- 政府発行の写真付き身分証明書（表面、必要に応じて裏面）
- 身分証明書を持った自撮り写真
- 取引に使用した支払いカードの写真（セキュリティのため、カード番号は一部隠してもよい）
24時間以内にKYC確認を完了しない場合、アカウントは永久停止となり、保留中の入金は自動的に返金されます。FollowTurkは、書類が不明瞭、無効、または要件を満たしていない場合、提出された書類を拒否し、再提出を要求することもあります。
当社サービスを利用することで、FollowTurkが独自の裁量で本人確認を要求でき、これに従わない場合はアカウント終了となる可能性があることに同意し承認したものとみなされます。
1313. 終了
FollowTurk may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Upon termination, remaining balance may be forfeited.
1414. 準拠法および紛争解決
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or AAA arbitration.
1515. 規約の変更
We may modify these Terms at any time.
