Who collects payment
FollowTurk LTD (United Kingdom) is the designated entity responsible for payment collection and for the platform's payment-processing arrangements. It is the entity accepted during the payment provider onboarding process.
How payments are processed
Payment services are provided through authorised external payment service providers. FollowTurk is not itself a licensed payment institution and does not hold customer funds as a financial service.
Refunds and customer support
FollowTurk LTD holds primary responsibility for refunds and customer support. FollowTurk TR provides operational assistance through its support, administration and accounting teams. FollowTurk LLC handles seller-side obligations for its own marketplace sales.
Invoicing and regional responsibilities
For customers purchasing from Türkiye, FollowTurk TR is responsible for issuing invoices under the current operating model.
Payment collection, the contractual seller and the invoicing entity are separate roles. Because FollowTurk operates a marketplace, the contractual seller depends on the individual order, and an invoice issued by one entity does not by itself make it the seller of record for every transaction.
